Before raising a single wall, we listen to the place. We study orientation, light, local materials and the village's own way of living. From there comes a project that belongs to its surroundings rather than invading them.
We don't chase volume. We select only a few developments a year so we can be present in every detail: from choosing the stone to the last piece of joinery.
We look for sites with soul in the Llevant and study their potential: planning, history and surroundings.
We design with local architects, respecting the village typology and maximising light, space and efficiency.
We build with trusted local craftsmen, using noble materials and continuous on-site supervision.
We review every phase to demanding standards. Nothing is delivered until it would meet our own standard to live in.
We support the buyer with full transparency, in their language, through to the keys and beyond.
